Great News. Josh flew out to Ithaca New York Sunday and had his interview with Cornell University on Monday. He just called this morning and has been acceptedinto the Masters program. They were just waiting to meet him and even made an extra spot available for him. He arrives home tonight in triumphant return. He has worked hard and both he and Robin have just kept a faithful outlook. Two weeks ago BYU did not accept him into their MBA program, so Cornell was it. Nana and I, and others I'm sure, put his name on the recent Temple prayer rolls. Certainly the Lord's hand is visible in this whole process, for Cornell came on the scene a short while ago almost as an afterthought, but they offered the exact Real Estate program Josh was looking for. Of course they will be soon be leaving us, but that is at it should be. It will be an adjustment however...
His job placement prospects will be excellent at the end of his two year requirement. It will be fun to go visit, because Ithaca is near Palmyra and the very heart of the Church. So... Thanks be to my Father in Heaven for blessings of family and faith. We are going to have a celebratory dinner Friday night probably at Outback. It is also Robin's birthday that day. How can it be???? 29 years old!!! And I am only 39.
