More Odds and Ends

Several weeks ago Robin informed us that the chicken dish pictured below had become Miss Parker Elizabeth Ladle's (Granddaughter extraordinaire) favorite meal. Of course we were obligated to try it out, so we also invited Matt Briney to share in this culinary delight. the meal received high marks and was enjoyed by all. Matt is one of the twin's who were Craig's roommates at BYU-Idaho. As it turns out, Matt got hired by Alvarez High School to teach English as a second language. He has also just agreed to coach the swim team in the spring. It is really a small world.
