Joanne Tucker, Karl Tucker's wife, passed away September 4th. One of my first memories of her was hosting a 'team' ice cream social at their home in Orem. She supplied the ingredients, and the team supplied the 'crank'. Homemade ice cream is always wonderful. Joanne was a great support to Coach, and I firmly believe she could have coached the team if given the opportunity.
After Coach passed in early 2010, she pretty much went downhill and the last report I heard was that she had been sticking close to home.
Cougar Day in October will definitely be different with both gone. Time moves on.
